Vermont, the Napa Valley of beer, or maybe the Vermont of beer. The Birthplace of the Hazy New England IPA? Well, the birthplace of beer badasses like Greg Noonan who was home brewing before it was cool (or legal) to brands like The Alchemist (of Heady Topper) fame, Hill Farmstead, Magic Hat (a former shell of itself), and many more. Vermont was a former source of hops for England in the 1800's and some of those hops went native and still grow everywhere as a result.
